Another almost odorless tire softener that works faster than the other softeners during cold conditions. It is less aggressive than either BTGP-Red or GK1-Blue, and when topped with a final coat of diluted SST5, or even mixed with a small amount of SST5 will give you tremendous bite in colder conditions. Drops durometer 5-15 pts. depending on the number of coats applied and the tire stays soft. A good "at the track" wipe.
Always clean tires using
Track Tac® Blue Tire Wash with DRT
Track Tac® PRW-Green will drop the hardness of the tire when cold, between 5 to 15
points, depending on the number of coats applied.
Average - 0-2 points if used as a conditioner - do not wrap tires
Average - 2 - 10 points if used as a pre race wipe - do not wrap tires
Specially designed to provide extra sticky tread on new tires, when there is normally no
time to clean and prep the tires before going to the grid.
DIRECTIONS : For a Saturday Night Race
Saturday night as soon as the tires are mounted and available to treat => wipe on at least
one coat before the race using some method that completely covers the tread of each tire.
If time allows, more coats of Track Tac® PRW-Green gives a softer and more sticky tire.
Allow each coat to dry before applying the next coat - about 10 to 20 minutes. Wrapping
the tires is NOT recommended
For softer tires increase the number of coats to 3 or 4 with Track Tac® PRW-Green. The
procedure can be repeated on the same night for even softer tires.
Track Tac® PRW-Green will last longer, the longer it is allowed to penetrate the tire
before racing.
Track Tac® PRW-Green can be put inside the tire, but nitrogen should be used to
pressurize the tire.
If Track Tac® PRW-Green is used inside the tire extra care should be taken to insure that
depressurizing the tire is done away from any spark or flame source and the
depressurizing is done in an extremely well ventilated area.
Track Tac® PRW-Green works on natural or synthetic rubber.
Allow each coat to dry before applying the next coat - about 10 to 20 minutes.
