This cam provides .265" lift at the cam, which works out to .275" lift with the stock rockers. Intake duration is 226 and Exhaust duration is 236. Popular for Superbox, F200, or other limited mod application. Our Superbox, or Valve spring upgrade kit #2 along with a billet rod (#6270) and billet flywheel(#6619 or #6618) is needed for added durability necessary with the increased RPM this cam will produce.
