The 6611-AVS is designed for the Briggs OHV Anti-Vibration System Engines like the Model 31, and Model 28.
ARC Billet Flywheels are CNC machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum. The magnets are made from Neodymium, a rare earth magnet that gives a 17% increase in voltage at the coil and a more accurate discharge of that voltage due to the aluminum body.
