You may return most new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You will need to call us at 800-521-3560 to verify and get instructions on the return.
You can expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Liquid products can NOT be shipped via USPS or UPS Air. UPS Air includes Next Day (Saver), 2nd Day, and 3 day shipping. The only shipping method for shipping liquid products is UPS Ground.
If you place an order for a liquid product and don't choose UPS Ground as your shipper, the order may be refunded. In some cases we will give you an option to pay the difference or we will refund the difference and ship it UPS Ground.
For orders shipped outside of the United States could be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these extra costs For questions you should contact your local customs office for more information.
