Online orders, we accept Visa®, MasterCard® & Discover®. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped no later than 4:30PM eastern the first business day AFTER it is placed. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next available business day. If an item is out of stock, that item will be cancelled and refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped. If we expect delivery of an out-of-stock item within a 2 days of your order, we will hold the order and ship it complete. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will inform you via the methods you give during checkout. For orders returned to ARC as non-deliverable or refused, customer will be billed for all shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping methods are available during your checkout session and costs are clearly posted. Shipping charges may be adjusted if incorrect shipping information is provided. Online orders that qualify for UPS "Hundred Weight" (such as 6 or more engines) are shown an estimated $100 shipping charge but actual charges will vary. "Hundred Weight" qualifies you for a better rate and our system can't calculate from two different rate charts. We will contact you with your exact charge in this case. If a free ground shipping promotion is selected, your order may be shipped by either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. ***Please note: We do not offer drop ships to any first time customers. All first time orders must ship to the billing address.

You may now order from our online catalog using your credit card or Paypal. Your transaction and ordering information is confidential and secure. We have employed the best online shopping and payment services in order to make your shopping experience easy, safe, and secure.

Telephone, fax, and email orders we accept VISA® MasterCard® & Discover/NOVUS® or COD.
For COD orders, certified check or money order (sorry no personal checks). Company checks are accepted only with prior approval from ARC.
Backorders will be canceled after 30 days unless instructed otherwise.
All COD backorders totaling $ 25.00 or less will be canceled automatically unless instructed otherwise.
For orders returned to ARC as non-deliverable or refused, Customer will be billed for all shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.

Shortages and Damage:
Claims for in transit loss or damage must be reported directly to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt of shipment (backorders excluded).
Claims for damage will not be honored by ARC for any product which has been altered or modified in any way by the Customer.
A return authorization is required (30 day limitation).
Authorized returns must be shipped to ARC pre-paid and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All credits will be made to the originally billed account. Shipping will NOT be refunded.
