The ARC Racing 6600 billet flywheel is an ultra-lightweight performance flywheel engineered specifically for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone racing engines using a PVL digital ignition system. Precision-machined from high-strength billet aluminum and SFI certified, this flywheel delivers exceptional durability while maintaining stable ignition timing at high RPM.
At approximately 1.6 lbs, the 6600 flywheel is one of the lightest flywheels available for GX200-style engines, allowing the engine to accelerate quickly and respond instantly to throttle input. This makes it ideal for competitive kart racing and performance engine builds where rapid acceleration and high-RPM stability are critical.
Important: This flywheel must be used with the PVL ignition coil (710106). It will not work with standard OEM ignition coils and will not fit Predator 212 crankshafts.
Before installation, lightly lap the flywheel to the crankshaft taper using valve lapping compound for proper seating.
The ARC 6600 billet flywheel fits Honda GX200 engines and most 196cc clone platforms including Ducar 196/212, Tillotson 196/225/228/236, WildCat 223, Predator Ghost 212, and Predator 224 Non-Hemi engines.
This flywheel is designed to work with a PVL digital ignition system and must be used with the PVL coil (710106).
The ARC 6600 flywheel weighs approximately 1.6 lbs, making it one of the lightest flywheels available for GX200 and clone racing engines.
ARC Racing recommends tightening the flywheel nut to 54 ft/lbs.
ARC recommends a minimum ignition coil gap of .030 inches for proper ignition performance.
