The ARC Racing 6611-KV billet flywheel is engineered for Kohler Command V-Twin engines ranging from approximately 18–27 horsepower. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory cast iron flywheel, this high-strength billet aluminum flywheel provides improved durability, reliability, and ignition stability for racing and high-performance engine builds.
Precision-machined from billet aluminum and SFI certified, the 6611-KV flywheel is built to withstand the high RPM and extreme loads common in racing mower and performance small-engine applications. The flywheel features ARC’s center hub design that allows easy ignition timing adjustments and includes coil brackets and mounting hardware required for installation.
Important Fitment Notes: This flywheel is designed specifically for Kohler Command V-Twin engines and replaces the factory cast iron flywheel with a high-strength billet aluminum version. Starter alignment may require minor shimming for proper engagement with the ring gear. Coil brackets may require minor clearance depending on intake manifold configuration.
