ARC Racing 6615 billet flywheel designed for Briggs & Stratton 5HP Model 13 flathead engines using a PVL digital ignition system. This finless billet flywheel features an adjustable timing hub and lightweight drag racing design for Junior Dragster and high-performance flathead racing engines.
The ARC Racing 6615 billet flywheel is engineered for Briggs & Stratton 5HP Model 13 flathead engines used in Junior Dragster and high-performance racing applications. Precision-machined from billet aluminum and built for high-RPM durability, this flywheel provides reliable ignition timing and strength required for competitive drag racing engines.
The finless drag racing design reduces air drag and rotating mass, helping engines accelerate quickly off the line. An integrated adjustable timing hub allows racers to change ignition timing in 1° increments in as little as 90 seconds without removing the flywheel or using offset keys.
Important: This flywheel must be used with the 710106 PVL digital ignition coil and will not work with OEM Briggs ignition coils.
This flywheel is also not designed for use with a pull starter assembly.

This flywheel must be used with a PVL digital ignition coil, such as the 710106 PVL coil.
Yes. The adjustable hub allows timing adjustments in 1° increments, allowing racers to fine-tune ignition timing quickly without removing the flywheel.
ARC Racing recommends tightening the flywheel nut to 65 ft/lbs.
No. The ARC 6615 flywheel is designed for racing engines and is not intended for use with a stock recoil pull starter.
