ARC Racing 6618 adjustable timing billet flywheel designed for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone engines. This precision-machined billet flywheel allows fine ignition timing adjustment in 1° increments, giving engine builders greater tuning control for competitive kart racing and high-performance small engine builds.
The ARC Racing 6618 billet flywheel is engineered for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone-based racing engines where precise ignition timing control is critical. Precision-machined from high-strength billet aluminum and SFI certified for racing safety, this flywheel provides the durability and ignition stability required for high-RPM kart racing engines.
The adjustable hub design allows timing to be changed in 1° increments, providing a total timing adjustment range of approximately 24°–38° BTDC when used with a standard stock key. This makes the 6618 flywheel ideal for racers and engine builders who need precise ignition tuning for different racing classes and engine combinations.
Important: This flywheel is not designed to work with a pull starter assembly. Electric or external starting methods must be used with this flywheel configuration.
The ARC 6618 billet flywheel fits Honda GX200 engines and most 196cc clone platforms including Ducar 196/212, Tillotson 196/225/228/236, WildCat 223, Predator Ghost 212, and Predator 224 Non-Hemi engines.
