The ARC Racing 6619 billet flywheel is engineered for high-performance kart racing and small engine competition where ignition stability and durability are critical. Precision-machined from billet aluminum and SFI certified, this flywheel provides consistent spark timing and dependable operation in demanding racing environments.
Designed for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone engines, the ARC 6619 flywheel features a high-energy magnet that produces a strong ignition signal for reliable spark performance. The balanced billet construction allows engines to accelerate quickly while maintaining stable ignition timing across the entire RPM range.
Important: This flywheel is designed for GX200 and clone-style crankshaft tapers. It will not fit Predator 212 engines (Gen 1, Gen 2, or Gen 3) because those engines use a different crankshaft taper. This flywheel also is not designed for use with charging stator systems.

The ARC 6619 billet flywheel fits Honda GX200 engines and most 196cc clone platforms including Ducar 196/212, Tillotson 196/225/228/236, WildCat 223, Predator Ghost 212, and Predator 224 Non-Hemi engines.
No. Predator 212 engines use a different crankshaft taper, so the ARC 6619 flywheel will not fit Predator 212 Gen 1, Gen 2, or Gen 3 engines.
The flywheel is preset at approximately 32° BTDC when installed with a standard stock key.
ARC Racing recommends a minimum ignition coil gap of .030 inches for proper ignition performance.
The flywheel nut should be tightened to 65 ft/lbs.

The ARC 6619 flywheel fits Honda GX200, 196cc Clone engines, Ducar 196/212, Tillotson 196/225/228/236, WildCat 223, Predator Ghost 212, and Predator 224cc (Non-Hemi). It does NOT fit standard Predator 212 engines due to crankshaft taper differences.
