9847 Black Sand

MUST SHIP UPS GROUND - A "bite" producing chemical for hot, "dry slick" tracks. When you need something to bite through the dust, that won't overly soften the tire and lock you down.

Track Tac® Black Sand is recommended for
HOT, DRY, SLICK (Sandy or Dusty) tracks.

Track Tac® Black Sand will not drop the hardness of the tire when checked at room temperature. Average drop - 2 points. Great on dry clay tracks that are hard and sandy or dusty.

DIRECTIONS : For a Saturday Night Race:
Sunday or Monday night before the race using a paint roller, sponge or some other method completely cover the tread of each tire with 3 to 6 coats of Track Tac® Black Sand

Allow each coat to dry before applying the next coat - about 45 minutes. Stop applying the Track Tac® Black Sand after 3 coats and when the last coat isn’t dry within 45 minutes. Wrapping the tires is NOT recommended.

The procedure can be repeated on Monday after a weekend of racing.

Wipe down the tires with Track Tac® PRW-Orangewith DRT and clean the tires with Track Tac™ Blue Tire Wash with DRT between heats.

Not for highway use

® Black Sand works on natural or synthetic rubber. Track Tac® Black Sand performs best on DRY, HARD, SLICK AND DUSTY or SANDY TRACKS.
® Black Sand will last for a full night of racing and increase the life of the tire if applied correctly.
