The ARC Racing 6618-PH billet flywheel is engineered specifically for the Predator 212 Hemi engine and designed for high-RPM kart racing and performance small engine builds. Precision-machined from billet aluminum and SFI certified, this flywheel provides the strength, balance, and ignition stability required for competitive racing applications.
This model features an indexed adjustable timing hub that allows precise ignition timing changes without modifying the crankshaft key. Index marks are spaced in 2° increments, allowing racers to fine-tune ignition timing to match their specific engine setup, track conditions, and performance goals.
Built for durability and consistent ignition performance, the 6618-PH billet flywheel includes a powerful rare-earth magnet that produces a strong ignition signal for reliable spark delivery at elevated RPM.

The ARC Racing 6618-PH billet flywheel is designed specifically for the Predator 212 Hemi engine used in kart racing and high-performance small engine builds.
The adjustable timing hub allows ignition timing to be advanced or retarded using indexed timing marks without modifying the crankshaft key. Adjustments are made in 2° increments.
The adjustable hub allows up to approximately 14° of ignition timing advance from the stock position.
ARC Racing recommends setting the ignition coil gap to .030 inches.
The flywheel nut should be tightened to 65 ft/lbs.
