ARC DJ-1027 Racer Series Kit (Predator 224 Non-Hemi)

The ARC DJ-1027 Racer Series kit is designed for Predator 224 Non-Hemi engines where maximum performance, higher RPM capability, and aggressive power delivery are the priority. This kit is built for racing and high-output applications, making it a step above Cruiser-style setups.

Upgrading to billet rotating components significantly increases engine strength, allowing the engine to safely operate at elevated RPM levels. Billet flywheels and connecting rods are critical in race builds to handle stress and prevent failure under load.

This kit includes a flat top piston designed to increase compression, improving combustion efficiency and overall power output. The included performance camshaft and upgraded valve springs further enhance airflow, delivering stronger acceleration and improved top-end performance.

To properly set compression and clearance, this kit includes both a .010" and .045" head gasket. This allows builders to dial in correct piston-to-head clearance depending on their setup.

• Proper clearances must be checked during assembly
• Includes .010" and .045" head gaskets — You must have a minimum of .030" piston-to-head clearance
• Carburetor upgrade required for best performance — consider the DJ-2225 .615 RuiXing Carburetor or DJ-2227 .625 RuiXing Carburetor
