The DJ-1031 ARC Racer Kit is designed for Predator 212 Non-Hemi engines where maximum performance, increased compression, and high RPM capability are the priority. This kit is built for aggressive racing and high-output applications using upgraded billet and valvetrain components.

The included billet connecting rod strengthen the rotating assembly, allowing the engine to safely operate at significantly higher RPM than stock. Billet components are critical for racing applications where factory cast parts are no longer reliable under increased load and speed.

This kit also includes a flat top piston to increase compression and improve combustion efficiency. Higher compression helps produce stronger acceleration, increased throttle response, and improved power throughout the RPM range.

.265 camshaft and upgraded valve springs improve airflow and valve control at elevated RPM levels. Compared to mild cruiser-style setups, this Racer Kit delivers a more aggressive power curve with stronger top-end performance.

Fitment

• Predator 212cc Non-Hemi engines ONLY

Important Fitment Notice: To properly set compression and clearance, this kit includes both a .010" and .045" head gasket. This allows builders to dial in correct piston-to-head clearance depending on their setup.

• Governor removal is required
• Carburetor is NOT included
• Camshaft may require clearancing
• Proper piston-to-head and valve clearances must be checked during assembly
• You must have a minimum of .030" piston-to-head clearance
• Carburetor upgrade required for best performance — consider the DJ-2225 .615 RuiXing Carburetor or DJ-2227 .625 RuiXing Carburetor
