The DJ-1275BR-KIT includes a pre-clearanced Max Stroke crankshaft and your choice of ARC billet connecting rod. Popular with AKRA and NKA racers, this professionally matched assembly reduces setup time while providing the durability needed for performance engine builds. See full product details below.
The DJ-1275BR-KIT is designed for engine builders who want a professionally matched crankshaft and billet rod assembly without the time-consuming process of measuring and setting rod oil clearances. Each assembly includes a Max Stroke BSP small-hole crankshaft and your choice of ARC billet connecting rod that has already been fitted and clearanced prior to shipment.
This assembly is a popular choice for AKRA and NKA racers looking for a reliable rotating assembly built with quality components. By supplying the crankshaft and rod as a matched assembly, critical oil clearances have already been established, helping eliminate guesswork during engine assembly while improving consistency from build to build.
Customers may choose from several ARC billet connecting rod options depending on their engine combination and piston requirements. Available rod choices include the ARC 6270, 6271, 6269, and 6734 billet rods. Each rod is precision machined from premium 7075-T651 billet aluminum and designed to withstand significantly more RPM and stress than stock connecting rods.
The included Max Stroke crankshaft is commonly used in GX200 and clone racing applications and serves as an excellent foundation for kart racing, minibike, and recreational performance engines. This assembly can also be installed in Predator 212 engines; however, it will de-stroke the engine approximately .040" compared to the factory Predator crankshaft.
Every assembly includes crankshaft and rod specifications along with rod bolt torque information to assist with proper installation and engine setup.
Important Fitment Notice: Designed primarily for GX200 and 196cc clone engines. When installed in a Predator 212 engine, the crankshaft will reduce stroke approximately .040" compared to the factory Predator crankshaft.
The crankshaft and billet rod have already been professionally fitted and the oil clearance has been properly set before shipment.
Customers may choose the ARC 6270, 6271, 6269, or 6734 billet connecting rod depending on their engine combination.
