GX200 / 196cc Clone Drag Racing Billet Flywheel – ARC Racing 6669
The ARC Racing 6669 billet flywheel is designed specifically for drag racing applications using Honda GX200 and clone-based small engines. Precision machined from billet aluminum and SFI approved, this flywheel replaces the stock cast flywheel with a stronger and safer high-RPM racing component.
Unlike traditional flywheels, the 6669 features a finless drag racing design. Removing cooling fins greatly reduces air drag, allowing more horsepower to reach the drivetrain. This makes it ideal for Junior Dragster and drag racing engines where maximum top-end performance is critical.

Important: This flywheel is designed for GX200 and clone-style crankshaft tapers. It will not fit Predator 212 engines (Gen 1, Gen 2, or Gen 3) because those engines use a different crankshaft taper. This flywheel also will not work with charging stator systems.

Will this flywheel fit a Predator 212?
No. Predator 212 engines use a different crankshaft taper, so the ARC 6669 flywheel will not fit Predator 212 Gen 1, Gen 2, or Gen 3 engines.
What timing is the flywheel set at?
The ARC 6669 flywheel is preset at approximately 32° BTDC when installed with the stock key.
What ignition coil gap should be used?
ARC Racing recommends a coil gap of approximately .050" – .060", with a minimum gap of .030".
What torque should be used when installing the flywheel?
The flywheel nut should be tightened to approximately 65 ft/lbs.
