Product Description
This flywheel puller is designed for those who don't want to use the "knocker" method to remove their flywheel.
Works with:
- ALL ARC Non Adjustable Flywheels and Adjustable Timing Hub Flywheels
- PVL flywheel for clone
- Raceseng Flywheels
- ARC flywheels made before 2013 that do not have the tapped puller holes, can be drilled and tapped to 5/16 24 to use this puller (Not 6602 model flywheels made before 2015)
- This puller will work with the 2015 and newer redesigned 6602 flywheels
To use, install the threaded rods into clean and lubricated puller holes on hub or flywheel face. Be sure to thread the rods in fully. Slide the puller block over the threaded rods and screw the nuts down evenly. Tighten the nuts evenly back and forth in 1/2 turn increments until the flywheel pulls off. Stubborn flywheels may require that you hit the center of the puller block with a hammer once significant pressure is applied by tightening the nuts. Be careful not to strike the threaded rods (use a spacer if necessary) and NEVER hit the flywheel itself with a hammer.
Heat as low as 300° will damage the rare-earth magnet in flywheels, so don't use a torch!
ARC is not responsible for any damage you cause to any flywheel removed with this tool, so be careful!

Best puller I’ve personally used
Small, compact and quality puller. Easy to use. I used it to pull a stock 99cc - 154F flywheel and a EC rev 2 without any problems. Machine work is smooth and bolt threads were on point. I’d recommend this puller to anyone needing one that doesn’t want to spend a lot of money but is tired of taking a chance ruining their block, nut and or crankshaft threads with the knocker method

Flywheel Puller
Just used this on my new 6696 billet flywheel. It worked great. Tightened the nuts a couple turns on each side, and it popped the flywheel loose. Nice tool !!

ARC 7250 Flywheel Puller
I never thought that I would need a flywheel puller so I didn’t have one when I did! I had an ARC Speedway Billet Aluminum flywheel spin on the crankshaft (no key) of a beast that I built and really lock down on the shaft. I tired my pry-bar and knocker to no avail. I was too scared to damage the new flywheel! So, I put in my order and within a few days of my order and after (thank you Team ARC) Jamie or Hunter stuffed a box full of other stuff that I just had to have, I got my puller. I installed it as per Jody’s video that I had seen some time or another in the past and remembered that he said to lubricate the threads. I tightened up the nuts on both sides slowly and evenly and then the wheel just popped loose. I put my knocker in a box and on the shelf because I will never beat on my Race Motors again! Mark
