The ARC Racing 6621 billet flywheel is designed specifically for GX200 and Clone engines running a PVL digital ignition system. This SFI-certified billet aluminum flywheel replaces the stock cast flywheel with a stronger and more reliable component capable of handling high-RPM racing conditions.
The 6621 uses a finned design to provide proper cooling while maintaining consistent ignition timing at high RPM. The flywheel is non-adjustable and comes preset at approximately 29° BTDC using a standard key. It includes the 5985 coil bracket with hardware required for mounting the PVL ignition coil.
Important Fitment Notes: This flywheel is designed for engines using a PVL digital ignition system and will NOT work with OEM ignition coils. A PVL ignition coil such as the #710106 high-RPM coil is required. The flywheel also does not work with charging stator.

The 6621 billet flywheel fits Honda GX200, 196cc Clone engines, Ducar 196/212, Tillotson 196/212/225/228/236, WildCat 223, Predator Ghost 212, and Predator 224 Non-Hemi engines when used with a PVL ignition system.
No. The 6621 flywheel is designed for PVL digital ignition systems and will not work with the OEM ignition coil. A PVL high-RPM coil such as the 710106 is required.
