ARC Racing 6621 billet flywheel designed for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone engines using a PVL digital ignition system. This finned billet flywheel delivers stable ignition timing, strong spark signal, and reliable high-RPM durability for competitive kart racing and high-performance small engine builds.
The ARC Racing 6621 billet flywheel is engineered for Honda GX200 and 196cc clone racing engines that use a PVL digital ignition system. Precision-machined from high-strength billet aluminum and SFI certified for racing safety, this flywheel replaces the stock cast flywheel with a stronger component capable of handling high-RPM kart racing conditions.
The 6621 flywheel uses a finned design that helps move air for cooling while maintaining consistent ignition timing at high engine speeds. The flywheel is non-adjustable and comes preset at approximately 29° BTDC when installed with a standard timing key, providing reliable ignition performance for racing engines.
Important: This flywheel is designed for use with PVL digital ignition coils such as the 710106 high-RPM coil and will NOT work with OEM ignition coils.
This flywheel also will not work with charging stator systems.
The ARC 6621 billet flywheel fits Honda GX200 engines and most 196cc clone platforms including Ducar 196/212, Tillotson 196/225/228/236, WildCat 223, Predator Ghost 212, and Predator 224 Non-Hemi engines.
This flywheel must be used with a PVL digital ignition coil such as the high-RPM 710106 or similar PVL ignition systems.
The flywheel comes preset at approximately 29° BTDC when installed using a standard timing key.
ARC Racing recommends tightening the flywheel nut to 65 ft/lbs.
